Gostops Lite Varanasi

Amazing stay at Gostops! The hostel's cleanliness, comfortable beds, and spacious lockers were great. The staff's enthusiasm and seamless check-in made me feel welcome. The variety of activities, like the Ghats Tour and Market Tour, were informative and fun. The guides took me to fantastic food places too. Would definitely return! I highly recommend this hostel.

The communal areas were great for meeting fellow travelers, and the breakfast was great. The Ghat tour with Anil was a highlight - he was funny and informative. The only downside was some of the beds being a bit squeaky and dated. I highly recommend Gostops for a nice stay in Varanasi.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ghats, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

my previous stay in varanasi was enjoyable, but my experience at gostops exceeded all expectations. the vibrant entrance and cozy common areas, along with the friendly staff, created a fantastic ambiance. the rooftop tent was comfortable and affordable, and the kitchen had good facilities. meeting fellow travelers from different nations was an unforgettable experience.

I recently stayed at Gostops Varanasi for a few days as a solo traveler. The hostel catered perfectly to young people with its range of activities like river tours, temple tours, and even cooking classes. The prices were fair and the hostel itself had decent facilities. The location was amazing, situated close to the Ganges, restaurants, stores, and temples. The staff were genuine and friendly, and the tours offered great value for money. I particularly loved the colorful atmosphere and the two adorable residence puppies.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hostel. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr Anil who guided me to all the right places. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the common areas were a great place to relax. the highlight of my stay was the awesome tours offered by the hostel. From the markets tour to the sunset boat ride on the Ganga, each tour was informative and well worth the price. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and the hostel had a great camaraderie among the guests. this is the perfect place for solo travelers and backpackers.

Great location near old city. Close to Kerela Cafe for Indian food. Friendly staff who also run interesting evening tours. Clean hostel with various chill-out areas. Spacious private room with hot water shower.

I only stayed one night but the hostel was clean and well located, walking distance to Ghats and Kerala Cafe. The tour guides, Anil and another guy, were friendly, funny, and informative. They spoke good English and the hostel offers reasonably priced tours. Great vibe with like-minded travelers and helpful staff. Highly recommend to everyone!

This made it easy for us to explore the city and find everything we needed. the hotel offered fantastic tours that allowed us to appreciate and learn about the local culture while having fun along the way.

There were a few aspects that we disliked. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the bathroom, could have been better.

The hostel had a vibrant and colorful atmosphere, with artwork on the walls and beautiful benches in the front-yard. The common area was a great place to socialize and meet new people. They also had a well-stocked in-house store that sold snacks, food items, beverages, and necessities. The location was convenient, with easy access to a nearby restaurant and great tours offered by the hostel.

One of the main drawbacks was the noise levels in the common area, which went on until late at night and made it difficult to get proper sleep. Despite complaining to the staff, the issue was not resolved.
